making decisions
Sometimes we find it difficult to make a move, take action, keep going.
Motivation is one of the hardest areas in change that is needed. It’s likely there is an area in your Life that is not satisfactory. There is always a “need”.
However we slow ourselves up from achieving that, and that makes us miserable.
Life Coaching is an excellent way to shift the blockages.

Can you play the piano?
May sound an odd question, but it could be many things I could mention here – can you play golf? Can you swim? My point being that very often I am told “I would love to learn to……..but I haven’t the time”.
Yes we have the time, but we CHOOSE to do otherwise with it. Or perhaps you need to learn how to MANAGE your time to make more positive moves than lose it to something worthless? Or perhaps, perhaps you need MOTIVATING to get around to what it is you really want to do?
These things don’t come easily, we all need SUPPORT. This is where a Personal Coach comes in, and SPEEDS up the process enormously. The best thing is not to let yourself be put to the bottom of the pile – Mum’s take note especially! This is your only day here today that you can depend on. Make it count! Play the Piano!
What counts?
Do you know what counts in Life really for you? Is it what you can get out of it? For me, what counts is what I put into it, not what I can get out of it. What will you contritbute to Life today or tomorrow? Do you know?
Being Appreciative
After the fun of the Bank Holidays, and business people returned to work it may have given you chance to feel uncomfortable or very pleased. Uncomfortable with your lot in life, or appreciative.
I believe there is no wrong in recognising your discomfort – and voicing that – but use it to change what isn’t working for you. In other words, moaning for the sake of it really helps no-one, especially yourself!
Following on from that (which we could discuss in great length), is the thought that as so much news and information is now available to us, it’s easy, I think, to develop a notion of appreciation for all that is good in your life.
Right down to appreciating the ability for example, to walk freely in woods, by streams, on the beach without difficulties that many peoples are facing day to day that are truly life diminishing. It’s easy I think, to forget this appreciative element, that nourishes the soul and allows you the energy to give more generously of self to others.
Perhaps you could give yourself a thought at some point in your day, rushed, pushed, scheduled and so on as it is, to be appreciative of something/someone in your day, every day? Then watch for the riches that brings you, undeniable and priceless.
