The government’s push and survey is continuing across the country.
The latest figures tell us that the most unhappy section of the nation are women in the 35- 50 age bracket or thereabouts. And, that the most unhappy area is the North West!
Are you one of those unhappy numbers?

Brain Food! Fats are great for the brain. But we are talking the right sort of fats. Essential fats fuel the brain and nerve cells.
Diets need to be rich in oily fish and nuts to provide this essential fat – saturated animal fats often affect mood, lowering you into depression. Explantion available on request!

A happy heart is a healthy heart.
Happiness and joy result from taotal accerptance of living in the present moment.

We are born to be happy, content, joyous. Sometimes Life knocks us sideways. Sometimes it sneaks up on us that we are actually, anxious, unhappy, feeling lonely in how we are thinking. Stuck in a rut, but badly wanting to CHANGE.
